About Michelle
Certified Life & Health Coach
Hi, I’m Michelle. I’m a Women’s Coaching Specialist and Life & Health Coach, but before any of those titles, I’m simply a woman navigating real life too.
I’m married to my husband, Kirk, and I’m the mom of two adult sons. Like so many women, I know what it’s like to move through changing seasons of life, juggle responsibilities, take care of the people you love, and sometimes realize that you’ve put yourself somewhere near the bottom of the list.
That’s part of why I created Explore Wellness.
I believe wellness was never meant to be all or nothing. You can make the healthy meal and enjoy the cookie. You can work out several days a week and spend a day resting on the couch. You can have goals for yourself while still enjoying the life you have right now.
There isn’t one perfect version of wellness that every woman needs to achieve.
As a coach, I help women step away from the pressure to do everything perfectly and explore what a healthy, balanced, fulfilling life looks like for them. That might mean building healthier habits, managing stress, improving sleep or nutrition, navigating a life transition, rediscovering who you are, finding more confidence, or simply making room for yourself again.
My approach looks at the whole woman: your health, your habits, your responsibilities, your relationships, your goals, your season of life, and the things that bring you joy.
I believe meaningful change usually happens through small, intentional choices that fit into real life, not through another rigid plan you have to follow perfectly.
My goal is to create a comfortable, encouraging space where you can be honest about where you are, decide where you’d like to go, and take realistic steps toward getting there.
You don’t have to overhaul your entire life to begin taking care of yourself.
Let’s explore what a balanced life means to you. 🌿

Why I Became a Coach
I became a coach because I kept seeing women believe that being healthy meant doing everything perfectly. Eat perfectly. Exercise perfectly. Stay productive. Keep everyone happy. And if they couldn’t do all of it, they often felt like they were failing.
I believe there is another way. You can care about your health and still enjoy dessert. You can exercise consistently and take a day to rest on the couch. You can work toward your goals without making every moment of your life about self-improvement.
I wanted to create a place where women could look at the whole picture: their health, habits, stress, responsibilities, relationships, goals, changing seasons and the things that bring them joy.
My training allows me to help with things such as nutrition, sleep, stress, healthy habits, confidence, life transitions, empty nesting, and menopause.
My Coaching Philosophy
I believe wellness doesn’t have to be all or nothing. Meaningful change comes from small, sustainable choices that fit into real life, not from perfection.
My goal is to help women explore what a healthier, more balanced life looks like for them. Together, we look at the whole woman: her health, habits, stress, responsibilities, goals, priorities, and season of life. We focus on realistic changes that support both well-being and enjoyment of life.
I also believe learning never stops. I continue investing in professional education so I can provide thoughtful, evidence-informed coaching and help women create changes that are realistic, meaningful, and lasting.
